100% Genuine Top quality finest wool, deep pile rugs. Hand knotted and woven by artisan in our Co-Op in Sidi Mokhtar area of Morocco, which lies approx. 80km south of Marrakesh. These are very lavish and sought after rugs in vibrant natural colours with traditional motifs.
We have produced these exquisite rugs as per the original design and tradition and not to be mistaken by cheap copies, which are produced by Moroccan souk merchants and other rug websites,beware of Imitation and cheap fibre rugs available throughout Morocco.
This is one of our heaviest and deepest piles, which weighs approx. 2.50 Kilo per square meter in wool density. One of the advantages buying directly from our Co-Operative weaving house is that we bring you the originals as they were produced in the customary way, when honesty & integrity was best policy amongst the Berber tribes & the best direct prices benefiting to the workers.
Please be aware as these are individual pieces of rugs and cannot be replicated, but we will do our up most to match the colours and patterns where we can. We can also produce any sizes and colours as per your requirements.
